Duncan and his team did a great job all around. I normally get 2 or 3 quotes but the first 2 plumbers I rang, said it was going to be a week before they could get to me and another week to do a quote. Then I rang JT Carter Plumbers who were also very busy but they managed to fit me the following day. Duncan met me on site and was very thorough. A couple of days later I had the quote, which I excepted and the job was done 5 days later. This company were able to do the job the same day, they rang to confirm when they would be there, and arrived on time at the dental practice. I was impressed with the way Duncan made sure he didn't disturb patients, eg. he opened and closed doors carefully as he went in and out. He was thorough and methodical, and still managed to complete the job within the first hour. Also provided drainage plans for the practice, in case further work was needed at any stage, without being asked to. He happened to be the same person to return 2 weeks later to a second premises, and did a similar good job. I recommend this company.
